Giuseppe and Susanna, kind and endearing, earnest and direct, her Italian and Portuguese Sicily, a handsome young couple who just opened DON PEPPER Italian grocers in full Grand 'Rue de Villeneuve. The bright colors shine in the south around the store, you can feel the soul of an artist from the south. The walls orange dress every day of new rays, filling up constantly. Red springs everywhere (peperoncino, tomatoes, red peppers, boxes of Pandoro Panettone boxes, cake boxes Sicilian nougat boxes, ...), also green (green peppers, vegetables, drinks San Pellegrino, bières,…), l’ambiance chaude du sud d’Italie se répand comme une musique, l’on sent l’origan, le thym, le fenouil, tandis que les mandarines débordent de soleil sicilien et toutes sortes de surprises se nichent dans des sacs en jute.
DON PEPPE propose soppressata. mortadella di cinghiale (sanglier), pecorino, ricotta al forno, provolone, cacio cavallo, cannoli alla siciliana (faits maison, mais uniquement quand la ricotta est bien fraîche !), arancini (faits maison eux aussi !), dolci siciliani, pasta Voiello, vins, spumanti et encore, sans oublier les « paniers cadeau » to offer to your friends during these holidays, which Susanna baskets prepared with love and attention.
